Why do I feel shaky all of a sudden

So I came back from a 2-3 month break like 2 weeks ago and throughout all that time I've felt like my cursor have been shaking when it didn't do it before that, why is that? is it because I've not gotten use to my sens?

I've also noticed that it doesn't feel like my hand is shaking but it my cursor is stil shaking
