After you are done with the timing and RESNAPPING of the notes (WHITE TICKS!!), :

Increase base slider velocity to at least 2x and x1,25 in kiai time
Kiai time, timing points http://shrani.si/f/3x/UZ/21LcsEab/kiai.png

Use beat snap divisor of 1/4 and place MOST OF THE NOTES on WHITE TICK

Please use distance snapping and edit the distance (hold ALT), mostly in the first part where spacing is really important. leave little more space for doubletap (don't make them at same place, but so that the edges touch)

Also add more small streams like at 00:20:701 to the next white tick (stream of 5 1/4beat circles, this song just needs them)
