staying up late and not having enough sleep.
i had never had a proper sleep tbh, i'd either going through the internet or studying until around 2 am, sometimes 4 am, then wake up at 6 am (if im at school) and go on like normal, or going to bed before 12 am but unable to sleep no matter what
now this is giving me suspicion of having insomnia, i can't even sleep at class like others do or going to bed without struggling for hours now. it's been like that for years.
