What do you consider "CTB Skill"?

I would consider it able to actually play CTB maps like rain difficulties.

Umm I can list most of the CTB Skills needed:
1. Spin well
2. AR7-9 HDDT
3. AR10 HD/No-mod
4. AR6 HRDT (2pro4me muh:c)
5. Low AR HD
6. CS5+ HR
7. AR7-10 HR
8. SS on some CS5+ stuff with HR/None
... Regardless you have skills in CTB or not, I think the most important CTB Skill at all is the good CTBmanship.

There are very many aspects to CTB.
For me, I'd consider these the main "factors" that measure skill in a cumulative:

So yeah, those are my five main aspects of CtB "skill" that I see.
