tbf the amen break doesn't automatically make something breakcore. It is more just a very common sample that has been used since the early days of dnb, industrial, and jungle. Though I don't blame you in thinking it makes sense, with breakcore getting sucked up into the Tiktok vivisection that is trending, new artists have the idea that the amen break is a common part (not wrong mind you, but it does feel repetitive to hear it in almost every newer artist's song.) He's the most mainstream honestly, he has some decent tracks that pick up steam but it's pretty meh for the most part imo (I'm not a fan of his, some of his "styles and album jackets" for his albums and song titles don't hit with me at all and only a few of his songs really actually hit for me.
