Anyways I find this quite interesting, iirc there was some shitstorm about many top players having cheated on some very specific scores, would be nice to see some real answer to this, for the sake of curiosity.

I thought that "inhuman" timing bar is normal. I get that on every DT score I do.

2. It's not proof that it isn't cheating, and it's not proof that there is a glitch on the replay. I want a confirmation of one of them.

Most likely caused by hit timings being compressed in replays to save space. So instead of the replay being exactly timed as he played it they are rounded to the nearest timing node. Similar to the mouse movement compression used in replays (if you ever watch a replay its nothing like watching a stream of the person playing. looks much more robotic CLEARLY HACKERS).

Then why does no other replay on that map look like that, and very few replays look like that on any map?

This is a very unusual case; however, note the replay was over 2 years old, and it's possible osu! played badly with soundcards or something. The audio engine has had updates through the years, so it shouldn't happen any more - bump this thread if you see any recent replays (last 6 months) affected by this.
