i have been playing 4-5 star maps for a while now,i wonder if i can start playing 6 stars maps regularlyl to improve faster

not yet, you should focus on getting better at 5 star maps instead
Nah no need to rush, you have to improve over time without skipping the steps otherwise you will be lost in the future
do whatever you want, there isn't a right or wrong answer
if you like it, why not?
No. Go back down a star rating or two and continue improving there.
Go for long 5* maps imo
