Thank you!
I personally think that it depends on the BPM's song. Since you're playing slow maps, I personally think to singletap.marvinelo wrote:
Thanks a whole lot for this thread!
It has been really helpful, though I'm still wondering how to play most of the patterns, as in which keys to press when. Am I supposed to alternate everything?
How for example should I play this: DDK
Am I supposed to alternate the two dons or simply singletap them?
Or things like: DDDDKKDDKK
Mind that I am still playing rather slow maps, but wouldn't it be a good idea to already start learning to alternate those so picking up faster maps will be easier in the future?
I too have a question about this, so assuming your keys are mapped to dfjk, for DDKDDKDDK or something should you do jfkfjdjfk or is it acceoptable to do fjkfjkfjk even at higher levels?sheela901 wrote:

anything is acceptable but I recommend jfdjfdjfd or fjkfjkfjkkikiotsuka wrote:

Is this still applicable to songs with a super high BPM? My hand tends to get tired or just starts to trip over the notes when i dont alternate hands for long streams of DDK'sagu wrote:

in other words I recommend starting with one side for reds and the other for blues, although I personally play using only my right hand when possible

Also do mind that you get x2 (ig 600 at the start of a combo) scoring but your combo meter only goes up by one.
