You mean Combo Fire?
If you mean Combo Fire I think it's gone cause I can't see it anymore in the options sorry.

You can activate It manually by opening the "osu!.(username).cfg" in Your osu! folder and change line
ComboFire = 0to
ComboFire = 1*not sure if this'll work, but worth a try
^That will work. The feature hasn't been removed from the game.
