Normal:

00:00:220 (1,1) - These S sliders were too much curved. Mind flattening a bit?
00:36:306 (4) - Suggest shifting this to a spinner.

Mao's Hard:

00:05:151 (3) - Add a whistle at the end. It sounds too bland.
00:13:292 (4) - NC please.
00:25:621 (2) - The jump from the previous slider was too far considering this is a [Hard]. Well not sure if ctrl+G would be a nice solution.
00:29:114 (4) - Consider (483,127) for a better flow.
00:32:813 - Even you may wanted a triangle pattern here, this beat being ignored doesn't feel nice.

Mao's Insane:

00:01:863 (1,2) - I don't think this NC setting helps in reading. Start NC from (2) to fit the music please.

00:07:616 (1) - I can't see the point of this NC in the stream since there is no significant difference in the music, or spacing. No extremely long combo number appears (17 is fine imo) so removing NC would be nice.

00:21:511 (1) - Remove whistle at the end?
00:33:326 (1) - From the music, you can hear a stream from 00:31:374, and because of that, this note didn't felt effective enough compared to other similar rhythms.

For me it played nice so I'll keep it for now. Going to change it though if somebody suggests this again.

  1. Someone is laaaaazy :3
  2. Add red white and black to the tags. You know, people may look for red white black yellow because that's the name of the series.
  3. That purple colour looks really weird on this BG, try to replace/remove it to fit with the BG better.
  4. If you can find a 1024x768 BG - please do it. Those, who play on huge displays with big resolution will appreciate it. You know, htis size of the BG is the recommended one!
[Easy]
  1. AR2 feels way too slow for this diff. Try to increase AR/OD/HP by one tick. It'll make the spread a bit better balanced!
  2. Personally, I kinda disagree with you SV/DS choice. The DS is set to x1.5 but it means that players have to speedup after EVERY slider and it makes the gameplay unbalanced. Try to make the difference between SV and DS more balanced. Try to increase Slider Velocity and reduce Distance Spacing a bit. It won't take too much time and will make the diff much better balanced!
  3. 00:06:795 (1,1) - the slider appears too soon after the spinner. This is the easiest diff, so you should give players some more time to recover. The best way to do it is making the spinner shorter!
  4. 00:18:224 (2,1) - this symmetrical pattern looks a bit out of your style, what's more it breaks your cute flow :( Just take a look at my example and decide for yourself. example

    Everything else seems quite good from my point of view. Nice diff!

[Mao's Hard]
  1. I'd reduce OD by one tick, since it's a Hard diff players will expect it to be challenging! :)
  2. 00:01:863 (3) - try to use Ctrl+G on this slider, it'll make your flow smoother, also it makes your spacing a bit more playable/readable.
  3. 00:14:114 (3,1) - the transition between these objects feels a little bit strange, moreover, the jump doesn't really fits with the music. Playablity is much more important than keeping your patterns symmetrical, I think.
  4. 00:16:580 (1) - there's a beat on 00:16:785 - so I'd recommend youto consider using Slider Tick Rate 2 for harder diffs. It'll make your rhythm fit with the song better.
  5. 00:24:799 (1,2) - kinda too hard for this diff and doesn't really fits with the song. Again, playability is more important than keeping your patterns symmetrical. :( or you can just rotate them a bit
    Note: 00:35:484 (5,6) - the same as above. I'd recommend you to use jumps only when they actually fit with the music, it'll make them muh more enjoyable for players!
  6. 00:37:539 (1,1) - intereting. I like how it plays. <3

    You really should work on the diff to make jumps fitting with the music, apart from this, that's a nice diff.
[Mao's Insane]
  1. Personally I didn't like the way how x3.5+ Ds jumps play. THey're fitting and actually awesome but they don't really fit with your AR, I'd reduce the distance of such jumps in order to make them more readable and fitting with the rest of the diff.
  2. 00:32:813 (4,1) - during a testplay I felt like the flow here isn't really smooth. I'd ask you to work on making the transition between these two objects a bit better, if it's possible.
    Note: there're a few more more similar patterns, but maybe it's just me. Get more opinions :)

    I didn't really like your flow in some parts, otherwise that's a quite good diff. Try to work on the flow a bit more, maybe it'll make your diff even better!
[Insane]
  1. 00:11:237 (4,6) - I'd replace them with 1/4 sliders. It feels like the beats on the blue ticks are too quite and they aren't really important, but they houldn't be ignored. So, using something like this will fit bette, imo.

Thank you. I think letterbox in breaks looks good and I think I saw it in some maps o: But I can always put it off if it's not appropriate

you need to add several things in the tags. starting with "Rooster Teeth". they're the ones who developed RWBY, "Monty Oum" because he's the creator of RWBY, "Ruby" because that's how you say it, and "Yang Xiao Long" since the song appears when she appears for the 1st time.

[Easy]
00:00:220 (1) - i really think that the rhythm can be replaced for something more exciting and fun. consider a 3/2 repeat slider and a circle to follow the music more properly and to make the diff more exciting in the introduction. it should look something like[url]=http://puu.sh/7uHXq.jpg]this[/url].
00:03:507 (1,2) - do the same thing here, but if you want, you can use a 1/1 slider instead of another circle. basically a 3/2 repeat, followed by a 1/1 slider.
00:11:237 - you're missing an important beat here. if you add a circle here, not only it'll be consistent in the hitsounding, but it'll emphasize the vocals a lot more during gameplay, also it's readable for beginners so it shouldn't be a problem.
00:12:881 - ^
00:14:525 - ^. i'm sure you get the idea by now.
00:14:936 (2) - for this one, you should reduce this by 1/1 and add a circle to replace it to follow the music more properly during gameplay. in other words, this.

i really feel that you're holding back in adding more notes. you should add more notes on the right spots if you wanna make this easy a fun diff for beginners. i want you to highly consider this before adding any more notes.

00:04:535 (2) - i think you can replace this for 2 circles instead of a 1/1 slider here for variation in this part during gameplay.
00:10:005 (1) - delete this note. this appears way too quick and sudden for players. yes it's at the 1st tick, but it's at the new timeline and it shows from the previous timeline that it shows around the 1/4 tick.
00:19:868 (1) - replace this for 2 circles. this follows 2 separate things. the vocals and the BGM.
00:50:278 (4) - same as above. the vocals follow 2 different words, and that's "take you".
i like the normal, but consider making this harder if you can. not a must but it's up to you.

[Mao's Hard]
you need to increase the OD to 6. OD 4 makes it look too easy for players, and it looks like a normal diff when it comes to the rhythm and all that.
00:15:758 (3) - what about Ctrl+G on this slider to make a triangular pattern in this combo? i find it more fun to follow since it follows a shape during gameplay.
00:27:881 (1,2,3,4,5) - i really feel that the rhythm is incorrect and uncomfortable to follow during gameplay. i highly suggest that you do something like this to follow the vocals more properly during gameplay.
00:38:566 (2) - use 2 circles instead. it feels more comfortable to follow for players during gameplay.
i like this hard. the only issue is that OD and rhythm choice.

Thank you for your nice Easy diff <333 It's much better than my old one ;w;
I'm going to reply to Byakugan's mod later btw

Anyways, Byakugan mentioned in his mod, that I should add more notes in easy diff and that the normal diff is too easy.
I think, it fits the difficulty spread though. So, I will probably add some notes in the normal difficulty. And the easy has now been remapped, although it still is very, very easy.
