[Salad]

AR7 for this level? Seems a bit high to me. After all this is the easiest in the spread so I think 6 is better.

00:34:258 (5,1) - Its okay to have higher jump in your mapping but I think you should try to only use side to side jumps during kiai. It also gives better feeling.
00:52:751 (3,1) - This jump comes really sudden which is too hard for a begginner. Please use the same distance as you did right after it (00:53:368 (1,2)).
01:06:313 (1,2,3) - I would like to see an equal distance between notes since the rhythm is note really indicates jumps at (2,3) but more like a nice flow. (Jumps should be somewhere during your sliders.)
01:23:984 (2,3,4) - You can do a better rhythm here (which can be copied after). Divide (2) to a note and a slider, delete the repeat from (4) and you can copy this pattern right after it.
01:46:998 (2) - Devide this repeat into a slider and a note? Having slider end on mainbeat is not really gives a good feeling anyways.
01:55:217 - Why is this empty?
01:59:943 (5,6) - You can change these into a slider to follow the small 1/4 rhythm. This will break apart the kinda borring note spam too.

As i played the kiai was a bit borring. You used all of your hard jumps before it and only the slump ones remained. And even in rhythm seemed a bit empty.
Few example:
01:37:546 (3,1) - Here you can add one more note to create a triplet.
01:39:190 (3,1) - Same.
01:42:477 (7,1) - Same and this would be good after a "stream".
01:44:121 (3,1) - ^
I won't point out more but there is still some.

Not a bad diff but I think it can be much better. But what really needs to be done is the kiai. As I pointed out its a bit borring. Please work out harder patterns and better rhythm during it to make it stand out from the rest.

[Platter]

00:43:916 (3) - This is not neccessary, just add a note. The stream part starts at 00:44:121
00:47:717 (5) - 1/4 earlier.
10 second for break is a bit long. try to lower it to 5 please. Well, just if you want but I suggest it.
01:23:470 - Empty, why? That is still a part of the stream what you mapped.
01:35:902 (1,2,3,4) - This is follows nothing in the rhythm. Only 1/2s can be mapped here, maybe two forced triplet is still ok. And you have many around here. I don't like the feeling during play. o.o

Spikes everywhere. \o/ I think this is your style so I just keep quiet about this. lol Anyways, only the kiai bothers me a bit. You mapped the second part nicely countering the first half with it. But I suggest you to try mix them, I mean use the rhythm for the second half at those rhythms at the begginning. Believe me, it will be much better. Step asside from this its a good diff (remembers me to Steven's ones). Get it ranked. o/

I think every diff is more or less good and, maybe just a personal mapping style difference, but I feel maybe a bit more work still can be applied on them. The most bothering one is the easiest and the less is the hardest, kinda weird lol. Anyways, good luck to all of you. o/

A jumping salad huh?
the pattern consistency is not that well. It is a salad, you need to at least make people can more or less predict where next note will come. Some of the pattern seems a bit sudden for new players.

00:13:710 (1) - to 00:27:066 (1) - do you feel like there is too much note on the right side and almost nothing on the left side? it is salad, and there is only very short part so I can more or less accept it, but try to avoid this kind of thing in your next map. The rhythm in salad is not so strong, but for platter above, it will be a big problem.

00:51:518 (1) - do you mind make this part 1/2 note instead of a slider? seems single slider not suitable for the hyper hyper rhythm.
00:52:751 (3) - try Ctrl+H
01:03:025 (1) - strange note.. dont know what's it for
01:09:601 (1,2,3) - here try this. I dont know why you decide to use a softer rhythm here, but just suggestion:

01:12:066 (5,6) - shorten this jump if possible. a bit sudden for new players.

01:12:888 (1,1,1) - these sliders...lol also you can choose to decrease the spacing inside the 2nd slider.

01:11:450 (1) - .... here really needs an anti-flow triangle? player will slap you loudly if they miss here....
01:17:614 (8) - 2 note instead of slider to make a linear flow instead of hyperdash...

01:26:039 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - make non-hyper pattern first? imo from previous pattern this will be such a big surprise for players.

Kiais should end on a beat imo, and there's a nice spot to end your first kiai at 01:48:231 - (Also the kiais are not consistent between difficulties in mania maps I don't know if this is wanted maybe you forgot).

More importantly, your soft-hitfinish is in .ogg format wich is actually depreciated and not anymore officially supported by osu!. This means that any future update of osu! could not read this file so please convert it for a .wav instead.

Diffs are pretty clean. Awaiting for your reply.

Doesn't the 5K Black Another conflict with current rules under Difficulty Spread?
It's the only 5K map in this set and has no spread.

  1. Each beatmap must have at least 2 difficulties and one of them must be Easy/Normal.
  2. Different key amounts within a mapset must be treated as different gamemodes and require an respective independent difficulty spread.
    Therefore each key amount must have an independent difficulty spread.For example if you want to add a 7K difficulty to your set, you must design a whole 7K spread. If you want to add an additional 4k difficulty to your set, you must also desgin a whole 4K spread.
Also mania bubble was before the rule change on 5 february while the rule was amended 23 march.
Or do rule changes only affect new bubbles after that date?

If so, call it Rain then. Right now the labelling is iffy, cos Crystal's diff may lead to misunderstandings.

Either call it Rain, or include a proper Rain to ballance better the mapset (which would be the ideal solution). Let me know what you decide!
