[duplicate] Mouse spazzing out on sensitivity increase

Problem Details:My mouse works fine playing osu! on a 1.0X setting but when i increase that every little bit my mouse spazzes out more and more.

Specs: OS: Windows 8.1, Trackball Dell mouse (Yes its clean and working fine)
Video or screenshot showing the problem: Pretty self explanatory
osu! version: 20131216.26 (latest)
And I don't know what else to put so please ask if I missed anything

Known Issue

You could leave your sensitivity at 1.0x and change the windows mouse sensitivity, change the DPI on mouse if that is an option or use the fix.

Mine is alreay at the highest setting but i need more to play properly
