I got mine 2 days ago, should not be a problem, just have patience, or contact your local post office
http://www.huiontablet.com/download/mac.zip and here is a link to the mac drivers.

This is totally normal, german customs take their time with this.
Expect 1-2 weeks delay for them to thoroughly check your things.
So don't worry.
Also, remember that those updates are not real-time, so it might be in another post office already.

(My imports usually take about 3 weeks in german customs.)

I've been using the tablet and am loving it.

I made a review, but I'm too embarrased because I suck at the game.

Has anyone else had their pen on/off button break? Mine is stuck in the on position. Worst purchase of my life. I've played with it for probably less than 4 hours total and I turned it on/off probably less than 15 times.

jiggle the on/off button a few times. I've had it stuck in the position, but after pressing it a bit, it got 'untangled' and I could press the button without any problems.

Been using it for about a week now and so far i am liking it much more than my wacom intuos 5, some key points below.

- In my opinion i have found that the tablet area doesn't need to be scaled at all and i am playing at 2560x1440p resolution

- the nib sometimes hits the tablet but it can be easily removed and the tablet will still function

- I found that my cursor movements are more accurate when using it (probably due to the fact that the area isn't scaled like it was with my Wacom)

- the extra weight from the battery in the pen feels a bit weird at first but after using it for a while i have gotten used to it.

- overall construction feels a little cheap which is understandable considering how much it cost.

- I could not get the settings to show anywhere (Win8) drivers installed ok i think i do still have my wacom drivers installed though i do not really want to uninstall them to test this as i still use the wacom for photoshop, not a big loss for me as i am happy with the out of the box settings.

I am jiggling like my life depends on it and it's still stuck.

Shoot a message to Peppy about this. I've pressed the button a bunch of times like a normal pen, it still works perfectly.

Just tried to re-produce it, no success lol

I've got mine yesterday. I think it's nice. But as for me, tablet area is very small. Although I used only osu! window as active area and full area of my tablet, it was still too small. I feel like that probably because I'm comparing it with CTL470 (full area on 1280x1024 with 1024x768 gamewindow). Also the pen is heavy. It is not really noticeably when playing, but spinning was harder for me. Anyway, I bought it for supporting osu! since I love that game so much, so I'm happy with it. If some day I break my wacom pen or tablet, I'll use osu!tablet, but now I'll be using wacom because of the bigger tablet area.

Also I had a problem with driver, solved by installing this over the CD one (I use W7).

I know that few bro. Postal service here got confused about the number in my address and now I'll probably have to wait another week. :(
Blueprint
I got mine today ^^ it works fine but I really don't know how to position my hands lol.

Got mine yesterday, works perfectly, no issues whatsoever ( drivers ok (w7), pen is great especially love the rubber band since i tend to sweat)

i especially love its size since i don't have much free space in my desk

Blueprint
I pretty much have that same area ^ lil smaller and completely in the corner

what that is small as fuck

i've played with a small area on my wacom and full area on osutablet is almost the same size

Shipped two days ago and received it an hour or so ago, quickly took it apart and rewires it all to separate the battery from the pen.
This isn't suppose to remove the whole battery entirely, just relocating it
Blueprint
@Synchrostar I would love to use the full area but I feel like if I did that I would have to hover my whole hand :/ here's what I'm using.

Too sensitive! lol.
Do you drag? my area is about 70% of full area, and I hover. Though, the pen tip touches the tablet occasionally, which feels kind of nice o 3o
Blueprint
I completely hover sometimes I unintentionally drag, I can't use a bigger area because I can't get my hand comfortable

Isn't that... tiring? :o

You need to train and improve your stamina :)

Anyways, does anybody here have problems spinning with the pen. I can't seem to spin very efficiently over 340bpm D:
Marcin
I can't too, but I once had around 380 spm at max. I guess I just suck hah

I'm finally back to 400rpm after 2 weeks... my right hand must've gained muscle :)

So now, the pen on/off button is stuck in the 'on' position. Any solutions?
peppy
how did it happen? tried opening up the battery compartment and banging it a bit?

I got the edge of my teeth and poked it in then it poped back out

I just clicked it normally and it got stuck o-o;;. Tried that, but still stuck.

Blueprint wrote:

...Should I try that? :x. Hopefully it'll be fine after I click the on/off switch for a bit. :)

Thanks for the help though! :D.

Got my tablet today after a miracle in the post office and started playing. The transition from a mouse to a tablet feels kinda big at first glance, but now it's starting to feel like playing with the tablet is just right, like if osu! was supposed to be played with a tablet from the very beginning.

The tablet is awesome. Its size is just perfect for the game, but I reduced the active area a bit so I could place my hand better. The pen doesn't feel heavy at all, but quite unbalanced because of the battery. Its not a nuisance to me by the way, just a comment. but I had to disable one of the buttons because I kept hitting hit during gameplay lol. So far I think it was a great choice to start learning tablet play, but I feel I'll need a week or two before I get completely used to it.

Just forgot, I had problems with the bundled DVD, I couldn't get it to work (maybe it got scratched during the way here), so I downloaded the drivers from the Huion page (420), restarted, plugged the tablet and it worked just fine on W7.

Just wanted to say that this must not be a problem for everyone because it worked fine for me.

I literally had my Bamboo and the osu! tablet running at the same time with no problems.

For some odd reason the tablet does not work, I've installed the drivers and everything but I don't have settings or anything.
I've got a similar problem, tablet worked fine when i got it but after swapping usb my pc wont recognize it anymore, and the driver program wont open either for some reason.

Ran the "ViziblrFixMyPen" program linked eariler (bad idea) which seems to be the problem and changing it back doesnt bring the windows settings back t_t.

Edit: Seems to work fine now randomly ^_^
Edit2: Nvm died again "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"
Edit3: Seems to work when the cord's not completely pressed into the tablet.

Crap. After playing with the tablet for a few weeks it's impossible for me to mouse anything without failing in the first 10 seconds.

You're right. I could do Wahrheit with mouse, now I can barely do any of it, while I can do it all with my tablet.
Blueprint
Haven't tried :D I would have to play with my mouse sensitivity again
