I see that you're pretty new at beatmapping, so I'll focus more on what you could add to improve your hard diff in quality. Ok? You can pick the technical issues with more modposts later, but I'd rather focus on teaching you some simple tricks to make the rhythms and patterns you've made mroe visually appealing to the audience.

·First, you might want to conside making the Circle Size bigger than what it is, I'd suggest CS 4 or 4,5, since CS 5 usually suits better songs with a faster bpm and Insane difficulties. Making the Slide Velocity greater than 1,4 will also help you a lot in making more intresting patterns and sliders. SV 1,8 works good with this BPM.

·For TV Size mapsets (or maps that are under 1:30 in lenght) it's generally advisable to not map breaks, since the song is short enough to avoid the player from feeling exhausted.

·To make hitsounding easier when you're starting, you must create a rule. By example, you can add a clap every 2nd and 4th white tick. There will be places in the music when you'll have to break the rule to give emphasis to a certain sound in the music, so pay attention for those.

·There are certain patterns that will make your map look more organized. I strongly advise you to check the Beatmapping techniques forum to see what has been done in the past. Some patterns that are easy to implement are squares, etna sliders(pic here) and Honeycombs.

·When you're a new mapper, I strongly suggest you to follow the vocals closely when the artist is singing, that will make it easier for you to understand what rhythms to map. I'll point out a few improvements in this area...

I'd suggest mapping a 1 beat long slider with one repeat at 00:11:773 - and then creating a similar slider that's either blanketing or symmetrical to the previous one at 00:12:583 - wihout any repeat.
00:13:556 (7,1,2,3) - Since the singer "holds" the words, it feels better when these places are sliders intead of circles.
...and so on.

00:18:421 (4) - A repeat arrow can never be below another object (in this case, (1) sliderstart).
00:19:070 (5,6) - Spacing between (5,6) is too close to each other. Oh, and I'm not sure you know, but just in case, you can copy a slider shape with ctrl-c and paste it somewhere else with ctrl-v. You can make pretty patterns with this, and you can also flip the second slider vertically with ctrl-j and horizontally with ctrl-h.You can also reverse the flow of a slider if you press ctrl-g.Example 1. Background images must be at a maximum of 1024x768 pixels for 4:3, 1366x768 pixels for 16:9. Although 1366x768 (16:9) is recommended, most background ratios that are 4:3 or 16:9 should also work reasonably well (for example, 800x600 or 852x480). Using an image with a different ratio is fine, but will result in letterboxing (black bars at the top/bottom of the screen) or upscaling (resized image to fill the whole screen).

for me it looks like this rule only sets max file resolution, not the file resolution

well ok - so i need to use 1280x720 or 1366x768 ?
