Well, im pretty interested with 144hz monitor. But i do some research on google and some people say you need a good video card. my video card is intel uhd graphic 610 which are not for gaming.(i dont have gaming laptop or pc yet) So if i buy 144hz monitor connect with my potato, can the monitor give 144hz? i did not sure what the actual answer is. https://imgur.com/a/ujYsJGC i tried to check directx diagnostic tool. i have less knowedge about gaming monitor.

those specs r pretty weak yea.
how does it run osu at the moment? can it keep a stable framerate?
the main issue is this:
1. how are you connecting your laptop to the monitor? hdmi port? does this support 144hz at whatever resolution the monitor is running at?
2. can your laptop run osu! smooth enough at >= 144fps to make use of the monitor's refresh rate? if not its pointless and u won't be able to see the benefits of the higher refresh rate
it miiiight work, but I would not recommend it. I have a laptop as well and it absolutely cannot run osu! smoothly whatsoever and the framerate is all over the place (also integrated graphics but its an i7 10510u).

144hz monitors usually have 1920x1080p resolution, based off your cpu you will not be able to run osu at very high fps on 1080p.
I have a i3 7020u cpu(a bit better than yours) and it runs osu with 3ms on 1080p, which is barely playable.
so no, I do not recommend buying a 144hz monitor.

damn i thought i can use 144hz monitor on my laptop but im glad i asked people first. So i just gonna buy some pc with good spec when i have money. Thanks guys.
Its the in game resolution and various graphic options that decide what graphic card you need to get 144FPS. Just because your monitor prefer 1080p doesent mean you cant use a lower in game resolution. But we dont have to guess because you can turn on the FPS counter in "options" and play around with diffrent settings. If you get 144 FPS stable then yes it can feed a 144Hz monitor but im guessig that you cant do it at 1080p.
