Easy

for most of this intro, whatever instrument (dunno what it's called) is playing on offbeats, while your notes are on the beat. it doesn't sound necessarily bad, but it's weird for a game focusing on the main rhythm most of the time. for example...
00:03:418 and 00:03:846 the song has notes played, but your notes are half ticks away from it on 00:03:632 and 00:04:060 (3)
00:06:203 (2) should end at 00:07:275
00:09:203 (4) should end at 00:09:846
00:10:489 (5) could start at 00:10:275 although the guitar starting on the beat a half step after that not work well

00:22:918 (6) should start a quarter tick earlier to match the song
00:37:918 the big tick here is ignored when it shouldn't
00:59:775 (1) really seems placed wrong. i'd shorten it to half its length like this

there's a couple of NC sliders that end right on a big tick which doesn't really fit. an example of that would be 01:30:632 (1) and i won't list the other times
