Problem details:
I deleted the program from the built-in "uninstall a program" from my Windows 7 laptop. I try to install the game from the installer.exe. Once it successfully installed, it keeps showing an error message. I have tried many methods, yet I cannot play it all. It always says "osu.exe has stopped working". I even deleted the folder from AppData > Local

Can you try reinstalling the game if you haven't already? Seems that there was a hotfix pushed out?
