Problem details:

(bad english!)

My Osu has stopped working,even reinstall it doesn't make any change.
I did follow the guide from help centre and i'll paste it here

i'm currently using window 7 to play osu,and i think that's a problem.
But i'll leave it for you.

Is this the only log you found? Have you tried restarting your computer? Do you have any pending operating system updates?

i did restart my laptop before i created this forum.

and i didnt get update notification ,so i thought i dont have any of that
