[Archived] [test] NullRef on startup after using public build

Problem Details:

When LastVersion field in osu!.<username>.cfg doesn't match the current version number, either after an update or after launching osu! public build previously, osu!test crashes on startup.

System.NullReferenceException: 未将对象引用设置到对象的实例。
   在 #1h.#0h.#g.#wq.#LHb(String , Exception )
   在 #Ub.#Ec.#6v(Exception )
   在 #Ub.#6c.#g.#Qe.#WG(Object )
   在 System.Threading.ThreadHelper.ThreadStart_Context(Object state)

I'm unable to replicate this personally, but I've noticed several people complaining that the test build crashes on launch. This might be the cause.

The second is actually a different issue, which I have already fixed.
