I beats me how mania BATs (and by extension, players) could rank a map with an offset so wrong. It's not as if the samples used in the song have any attack that could confuse one to have such an early offset. The mode heavily revolves around accuracy, and they should have noticed something was up when they test played it, as if the metronome wasn't enough.
Imo the quality of mp3 is also... bad?

Also, I've heard far worse mp3s in somewhat recently ranked maps. This one isn't toooooooo bad :3
