Thanks to the great and wonderful mellowminty, everything is in synch and now, is simply up to finding the appropriate skins and other difficulties to create.
What's left :'Deadly' <-- Insane

Updates: I was very unweary abotu Snazzy's appearance, so I moved a couple of notes around.

Jazzy is ready. Much shorter than Snazzy. Though 'Deadly is much both bigger than both considering the end and the sax and trumpet solos will be included.

OK, here you go:

SPOILER
00:01:130 (3,4) - spacing oddity, consider turning on distance snap to snap 3 to 4
00:16:977 (1,2) - ^. (4,5,6) removed 5
00:20:254 (6,7,8) - ^ snap 7 to the end of 6 and 8 to 7
00:20:901 (1,2,3,4) snapped 2 to 1, removed 4 and lengthen 3
00:27:796 (7,8,9,10) - I feel like the flow here is a bit strange, and that it would flow better if you put 9 on the other side of 10 instead of right under 8. or, you could arrange the notes in a counterclockwise pattern starting with 7 and ending with 10
like
7
8 10
9
If you do that, maybe you should change 10 to a curved slider pointing towards note 1 of the next combo.
00:30:812 (3,4,5) remove 5, lengthen 4 to be 4 beats long
00:31:028 (4) - You could shorten this and make it a repeating slider. But you don't have to ( if you do this, though, flip the note over the vertical axis so there's not a huge jump)
00:32:967 (9) - delete this, you don't really need it there imo
00:36:846 - add a break time here
00:40:724 (1,2,3,4) - remove 2; change 1 into a 2-beat straight slider; flip it over vertical axis so it ends in front of the next slider; merged the two combos (I hope that makes sense)
00:42:879 (1,2,3,4) - ^ same thing. (moved 3 over a space on the timeline??)
00:45:034 (3) - moved to the other side, about 5 spcs diagonal right-down from 2
00:46:327 (4,5,6)- moved these notes in accordance to ^
00:52:360 (4,5)- remove 5; change 4 to 2-beat slider
00:53:006 (1,2,3) - feels like these should be closer- change if desired
00:59:889 (6,7)- move these out from under the end of slider 5; I changed it so they weren't stacked, you don't have to do this
01:00:979 (7)- new combo
01:06:073 (7,8) - this jump is waaay too big. there's nowhere near enough time to possibly reach 8 from 7 unless you have it memorized. flip 8 over vertical axis (ctrl+h). also, move 7 out from under 5 and 6, and change it so it's a vertical slider going upwards towards 8 for better flow. take the whistle off of 8 because it's a long slider and the whistle sound is kind of irritating (i changed it to finish instead of whistle. this change is unnecessary but i recommend it). whew a lot of stuff there aha
01:11:968- this break is really long. maybe add another spinner after slider 8? or map something here. it feels so emptyyy.
01:49:461 (1-5) these are all 1 beat too early, so just select them all and move 'em over a notch in the timeline
01:53:339 (1-3) ^
01:57:649 (1-5) ^
02:06:483 (5) this guy is a tad too long, so shorten 'im
02:09:031 (2)- too early, move it over a notch in the timeline
02:12:947 (10) ^
02:14:456 (3,4) - ^. also made 4 a horizontal slider so... you're like. making a backwards L shape when playing it
02:16:610 (1) - really long spinner!!!! while these can be OK sometimes they're sorta disorienting. just food for thought.
02:35:141 (1,2) - move 2 to the other side of 1
02:39:020 (1,2,)- these are both too late, move them back a notch in the timeline
02:42:467 (4) - you could make this a 2-beat slider, you don't have to
02:47:639- um i added a new timing section and changed the meter to 3/4 but this section is just super awkward to me and I don't really know what to do with it, honestly.

in general:

changed circle size to 5, HP drain to 4, AR to 5, overall diff. to 5
things should be closer together in this map; turn on distance snap while you're mapping. as a general rule the closer together the beats are in timing, the closer together they should appear on the screen. because things aren't spaced right the map is really awkward to play in some places and overall. larger jumps are more suited for harder difficulties. since this is the normal difficulty i kept some of the jumps in it but really there shouldn't be that many.

Hey there! A nice effort. I've never heard this song until you mapped it and I really enjoyed it :3

Specific comments:
00:00:615 (1,2,3,4) - change the spacing of these objects. The distance between 1-2 gives the illusion that 2-3 and 3-4 are hit at the same interval.
00:09:398 (3) - jump may be too large?
00:11:476 (3) - same as above
00:20:400 (7,8) - these two notes are really far apart. Difficult to hit for newer players.
00:27:002 (6,7,8,9,10) - new combo, help players read the long combo.
00:31:036 (4,5,6,7,8,9) - new combo, help break up the long combo.
00:31:525 (5,6,7,8,9) - too far apart.
00:33:236 (1) - the break after the slider is good! :D
01:05:510 (8) - the break after this is a tad long
01:46:586 (3,1) - maybe insert a break here to the start of the next combo. Empty spaces for a few seconds can cause the life to drain really low and also feels awkward. You could also add a note at to make four single circles by placing them on the red ticks starting at 01:47:564. Alternatively, you can add two sliders. One starting at 01:47:564 to 01:48:053 (so to the next red tick) and 01:48:542 to 01:49:031.
01:50:620 (5,1) - again, insert a break from the previous combo to the next or add something.
01:54:532 (3,1) - same with above
01:58:566 (5,1) - ^
02:02:601 (3,1) - ^
02:06:635 (5,1) - ^
02:16:659 (1) - spinner is very long. Consider the skill level of new players. Spinners may be difficult, especially using mouse.
02:31:329 (1,2,3) - If you decide to keep the spinner, consider leaving some time to allow players to re position their cursor. Maybe convert this to a break.
02:48:322 (10,11) - For these repeating patterns, you could use one slider instead of splitting it into two objects. You could also make it a single repeating slider :3

General comments:
  1. As the previous post said, I would adjust the difficulty of the song (can be found under 'Song Setup' --> 'Difficulty')
  2. Change the circle size to 5, the current one is too small for a normal difficulty.
  3. Reduce the HP drain to 4 or 5
  4. Reduce the AR (Approach Rate) to 5, usually if you use hard rock on a normal it shouldn't bump the AR to 10 - so anything under 7 will suffice but I think 6 would still be a tad fast.
  5. Reduce overall difficulty to 4 or 5
  6. The placement of the objects should be less packed together. It feels like things are clustered into little groups throughout the song. Look at the flow of the objects, at times it feels too jumpy for a normal difficulty. Use 'Distance Snap' and 'Grid Snap'. Refer to here for information about beatmap flow.

Good luck! :D

Hey again,

This is for Jazzy difficulty

The references to the ticks is when I'm using 1/4 beat snapping on the timeline located at the upper section of the editor under compose, design etc.
Specific comments:
00:00:596 (1,2,3,4) - move slightly to the right so 1 snaps to the blue tick, adjust 2-4 to the nearest tick (move slightly to the right).
00:09:020 (1,2,3) - move segment slightly to the left and adjust to nearest tick, 1 should be on white tick.
00:13:296 (2) - Shorten this slider to the red tick. It is awkward to play the next slider because it is almost instantly after the previous one.
00:14:422 (3) - Reposition this slider. You could flip it horizontally (Ctrl+H) and place it next to the previous slider to make an upside down v-shape.
00:16:996 (1,2) - Possibly convert this into one slider too. If the beatmap becomes too easy then leave it.
00:18:954 (1,2,3,4) - Use the previous pattern but flip it horizontally and position it on the right side of the screen (like a mirror image). 4 could be a circle instead of slider.
00:21:035 (1,2,3,4,5) - this part is good :3
00:28:433 (3) - shift the slider back by one tick (starts at blue) and extend the end to the red tick.
00:31:310 (4,5,6) - new combo, shift the sliders back by one tick (so they start and finish on a blue tick) and extend 3 so it finishes on the red tick.
00:40:942 (1,2,3) - shifted them back so 1 started at white tick, shifted 3 to the right to the next blue tick. Position 3 slightly more to the right to make it identical to the following segment. Helps with reading and consistency.
00:45:392 (2,3) - shifted the sliders back by one tick so 2 starts at blue and adjust 3 so it starts on the white tick.
00:45:070 (1,2,3,4) - Shifted the 1 so it starts at the white tick, extended 3 so it finishes at red tick.
00:49:073 (1) - snapped it to the nearest blue tick (to the right)
00:49:441 (2) - snapped to nearest white tick (slightly to the right)
00:50:420 (3) - re-positioned slightly to the right to white tick.
00:51:083 (4,5,6) - new combo, change 4 to start on blue tick and 5 on white, readjusted 6 to blue tick and change to slider that finishes on next blue tick.
00:53:104 (7,8,9,10,11) - new combo, shift the segment to the left so 7 starts on closest white tick, then adjust the other objects to closest tick (8-10 to white, 11 to blue)
00:56:954 (1,2,3) - snap the segment so that 1 starts on white tick, 2 on red, 3 on white. It should look like the three circles are just touching on the timeline.
00:58:080 (4,5) - adjust the snapping of these too. Shift both to the left so 4 starts and finishes on white tick and move 5 slightly to right to snap onto the other white tick. Should be just touching on the timeline. In addition it feels a bit clustered placing them underneath 1-3.
00:59:456 (1,2,3) - shifted segment to the left so 1 starts on closest white tick, re-position 2 and 3 to start on white ticks too.
01:01:458 (1,2,3) - shift segment to left, 1 starts at white tick. Modify 2 and 3 to nearest tick on 1/4 (they should all start on a white tick)
01:03:459 (4,5,6) - shifted segment to left, so 4 starts on white tick, snap 5 and 6 to nearest tick (all should start on white ticks)
01:05:335 (7) - snap to blue tick, I don't think this circle is necessary though.
01:05:588 (1) - break after spinner may be too long
01:45:741 (1,2,3) - adjust segment to left so 1 starts on blue tick, place 2 on the second blue tick to the right of 1, place 3 on second blue tick to the right of 2
01:49:652 (4,5,6) - shift segment slightly left so 4 starts on blue tick, re-position 5 to right blue tick and move 6 to start on blue tick (should appear just touching on timeline)
01:53:622 (1,2,3) - shift segment so 1 starts on blue tick, move 2 to blue tick and 3 to white
01:57:731 (1,2,3,4,5) - move whole segment to the left so 1 starts on blue tick, adjust 2-5 to nearest tick (a bit to the right and they should appear just touching on the timeline).
02:01:753 (1,2,3) - shift segment to the left so 1 starts on blue tick, re-position 2-3 to snap on nearest tick.
02:05:809 (1,2,3) - same as above. Reduce the size of slider 3 making it finish on the white tick instead.
02:09:634 (1,2,3) - same as above except slider is fine :3
02:11:806 (4,5,6,7,8) - new combo, same as above (so 4 starts on blue tick), 8 should finish on a white tick instead of blue --> make slider shorter.
02:13:765 (1,2,3) - again, move segment to left, 1 should start on blue tick, snap 2 and 3 to nearest ticks again.
02:15:723 (1,1,1,1,1) - shift segment to the left so first object is on a white tick, re-snap the following objects to closest tick.

General comments:
  1. A nice improvement! I can see that you used the distance snapping :3
  2. Might want to have a look into the timing of the beatmap. I changed the BPM to 120.09 and offset to 497
  3. Review the position of the objects
  4. Might want to use 1/4 beat snap divisor (you can change it by sliding the bar at the top right corner, just above 'insert break time'). I realised you utilised a snap beat divisor larger than 1/4 part way through modding. Change beat snap divisor to 1/4 and re-snap the objects again.
mellowminty
cool!

SPOILER
general:
yup this is much better than the first difficulty you uploaded, imo. nice use of the distance snapper! timing was better this time around too.
00:00:596 (1,2,3,4) - i think that these should be distance snapped instead of overlapped but that's just me (probably because i messed it up when i was test running it...)
00:09:031 (1) - removed repeat from slider
00:11:109 (1,2,3) - moved (1) so the end of it was touching the start of (2), moved (2,3) forward a tick in the timeline, then shorted (2) one tick and moved (3) back a tick. ... so 3 doesn't move at all, just shorten 2. wow i made that overly complicated
00:12:928 (2,3) - remember that one really ridiculous map i showed you which made you laugh for the next two beatmaps with the overlapping basically everything? yeah. NOT AS BAD AS THAT, of course, but the sliders overlap and it's not really possible to play it that way. removed 2, move 3 back so it starts where 2 did, add another repeat. problem solved ! this might be confusing so if you want me to show you i can do that unu
00:16:807 (2) - removed
00:18:746 (2) - removed
00:20:901 (1) - removed repeat, move slider forward 1 tick, (2,3,4) - lengthened 2 one tick, moved 3 and 4 accordingly in grid space
00:28:227 (3) - lengthened 1 tick
00:30:166 (3, 6) - ^ maybe start a new combo on (4)
00:40:940 (1,2,3) - move all of these forward 1 tick in the timeline, they're too early uwu
00:46:327 (2,3,4) - removed 3, added a repeat to 2, moved 4 so it's 2 red ticks after the end of 2 (hope that makes sense)
00:52:360 (6) - moved forward 1 tick in timeline
00:53:006 (7) - new combo. (8 (2 after new combo))- lengthened by 1 tick (just click the square at the start of 2 and drag it down a bit in gridspace)
00:57:962 (4) - i am not sure why this is a slider but OK
01:10:244 - i think i already mentioned that this break is kind of long
01:49:892 (5) - you could probably lengthen this a tick. and.. start a new combo on 4.
01:57:218 (5) - shorten by 3 ticks
02:11:655 (4) new combo? shorten the slider at the end of the next combo by 1 tick
