Problem Details: In the last several hours I've played at least over 30 songs, and I've noticed that 50% of the ranks I get on those songs don't get submitted to global scores. They show up in local rankings, but not in country or globally, and they are not recorded on my profile either. I haven't had a problem with my connection to bancho. It doesn't say 'attempting to submit scores' (or something like that) at all. I've looked at t/168398 and t/152067/start=0 but noticing the [resolved] and [archived] I wasn't sure if I should post in those topics anymore.

The ranks were in the top 100-350 range if that matters at all.
