Problem Details:
I'm having a really bad internet connection with osu! ingame and downloading beatmaps. In multiplayer, when I try to enter a room, it takes 20-40 seconds to enter to it and beatmaps goes at 7KB/s. I'm from Brazil and I live in Campo Largo(City) - Paraná(State/Province). I can easily watch to YouTube videos 720p and download archives from internet fastly. I don't know if this problem are from you. But if you can tell me what I can do, I'll be appreciated.
