Having Normal at Drain 1 seems fairly low; raise to 3 or 4 perhaps.

  1. 00:17:544 (2) - remove whistle; three of them in a row are a bit much
  2. 00:19:199 (2) - consider removing the whistle on the slidertrack (leave the one on the end though)
  3. 00:34:095 (2) - similar to 00:17:544, remove whistle please
  4. 00:35:337 (1) - remove new combo here, still belongs to the same string of vocals
  5. 00:36:992 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3) - you could make this a proper circle by playing around with the "Create Polygon Circles" option in the Compose tab (make sure to set beat snap divisor to 1/1 before so it doesn't create 1/2 instead, then enter 7 points into it and play with the offset until you have a pattern as you would like it)
  6. 00:38:647 (1) - remove NC aswell
  7. 00:46:509 (3) - add clap?
  8. 01:34:095 (7) - this is more 1.1x snap than the usual 1.0x you are using here; move this to 32|247
  9. 01:42:371 (5) - this just feels too close to 4's sliderbody; also, the straight line doesn't really go well with the curvy slider before - box below

  10. 01:47:751 (2) - this slider ends on a strong beat than it starts on, replace it with two circles please (also, a straight line doesn't really go well with the curve before)

  12. 02:45:268 (1,2,1,2) - these sliders look very unbalanced, I'd suggest you do them anew with the new algorhythm as that'll fix the problem quite easily.
  13. 02:51:475 (1) - another one of those 0.9x snaps!
  14. 03:11:751 (1) - why's this 1.1x snap? also, please remove the new combo because there's no reason for it here (same vocal string)
  15. 03:22:095 (1) - in Easy, the entire spinner is still in the kiai time but here you turn it off earlier; please make this consistent with another any way or the other

[0_o's Hard]

  1. 00:16:302 (1) - no need for this new combo
  2. 00:29:544 (1) - ^
  3. 00:32:440 (1) - ^
  4. 01:04:923 (2) - still not quite symmetric :P (just make the sliderpoints symmetric to the Y-axis and the rest should probably get solved in the process)
  5. 02:03:682 (1) - wave would be a little better with the end at 345|80 and the point before at 253|125
  6. 02:31:198 (1) - personally I'd remove this NC as I don't count it as an invidual soundpattern or anything but that's your call
  7. 02:40:922 (4) - wave would be better with end on 234|97 and the point before at 164|153
  8. 02:57:474 (3) - stack this with 2's end xP
  9. 03:15:060 (1) - no need for new combo

[Kingcobra Hard!]

  1. 00:19:199 (6,7,8) - I'd still like to see these blanketting each other (and 6's overlap with 4 is a bit bleh)
  2. 00:32:233 (1,2,3) - actually I expected a finishpattern here like you did it in the previous combos at this point in the music
  3. 01:03:682 (1,2) - this pair of sliders is a fair lot closer to each other than the ones before, fix that please?
  4. 01:04:716 (1) - silence this spinner end? the finish seems out of place
  5. 01:30:371 (5) - please fix this to exact 0.9x spacing - not like it was a super big deal but I felt something was off when playing since the spacing seemed different from 4 to 5 than from 5 to 6
  6. 01:58:303 (1,2) - just like 01:03:682
  7. 01:59:337 (1) - silence this spinner end? the finish seems out of place
  8. 02:16:302 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - man I still want this symmetric ;_;
  9. 03:05:751 (4,5) - these may still be a bit close to the HP bar as hitbursts could overlap there and that'd look bleh

After fumbling with that damn circle slider for way too long (symmetric slider points don't cut it) I remembered that fancy new slider algorithm the game uses now and got it looking pretty nice with only a single point in between the ends. Woo!

I'm not all that experienced at beatmapping, but they say modding can help you learn, so here we go!
(NOTE: all times i refer to a grid, the grid snap is 3)
Easy
00:20:440 (1,2) - Moving these 2 grids to the right would center it, making it look just a touch nicer.
00:29:544 (4) - Moving this 1 grid to right to make it line up with 00:28:716 (3), which, again, makes it look a bit nicer and more intuitive.
00:31:199 (2) - I feel like this slider is shaped oddly. Because it starts on the same space as 00:28:716 (3), it feels (at least to me) that it should end on the same space (or close to, as I've never been able to get slider ends to stack right) as 00:29:544 (4). In turn, 00:33:682 (1) would have to be moved down to accommodate. You can see my suggested solution inside this spoilerbox: 00:36:992 (1,2,3,4,5) - These sliders also feel odd, but in a different way. The first two sliders go to the left, but the third slider goes right. Distance snap doesn't allow for the 1st one be flipped around, and the third one can't because it leads to the fourth. Therefore, I suggest flipping it horizontally (select it and hit Ctrl+H), then swapping the 1st slider's start and end points. Visual aid: 01:00:992 (1) - This spinner feels way too long for an Easy map. Try shortening it to start at 01:04:716 (in other words, when "without you" is sung).
01:25:613 (2) - Could you explain why this slider has claps on it? I don't quite understand.
01:39:888 (4) - Try hitting Ctrl+H on this one. It'll lower the repetitiveness of the beatmap while keeping the rhythm.
01:55:613 (1) - See 01:00:992 (1).
02:26:233 (1) - This spinner also feels a bit long. Try starting it at 02:27:888.
02:36:164 (5) - Ctrl+H this - it's the same as 01:39:888 (4).
02:37:820 (7) - Ctrl+H this, too - to keep the symmetry.
02:51:888 (1) - See 01:00:992 (1).
02:57:682 (1) - This doesn't feel very Easy-map-like. It's still really cool, though.
03:18:785 (1) - See 01:00:992 (1).
Normal
00:41:130 (1) - You may want to get rid of this slider - it doesn't really match up to anything.
00:56:026 (1) - You also might want to get rid of this new combo.
0_o's Hard
00:25:406 (1) - This spinner doesn't really go to anything in the music.
00:53:751 (1) - Neither does this one.
01:43:647 (3,4) - These sliders look strange when they overlap like this.
02:14:440 (6) - No problem here, I just really like this slider.

00:21:888 (2,3) - These sliders look strange when they overlap.
02:57:682 (1) - This slider lacks the cool crescendo effect from Easy, which makes me sad.

Also I noticed that the hitsound volume at 02:57:888 on Easy and Normal is at 31%. Can you adjust that to 30% to make it consistent?

Fixed the snapping, but I don't see the problem with the spacing issues, really. I tried it with the regular 0.9x spacing and I just found that I preferred how the little jumps played and fit the music.

If it's keeping it from being ranked, then I'll change it, but only because this isn't my own map submission :P

I have to pop this for two reasons

1: The kiai time in Easy and Normal are set differently
I suggest that you end the first kiai at 01:08:440 - , end the second kiai at 02:03:061 - and end the last kiai at 03:25:820 - for both diffs to be consistent

2: There's a weird issue that, 0_o's Hard diff doesn't actually have unicode for title and artist

I don't know how this happened but plz fulfill the space in that .osu file like other diffs

Another thing you should better consider:
The last kiai in Easy and Normal starts at 02:59:026 - which is a really odd and unreasonable point, plz better start the kiai from the downbeat 02:59:337 - like the former kiais, of course for both diffs
