I thought the last scene from Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo, the really long speech by Misaki really good, enough to bring me to near tears.
i haven't cried in years and it's not sad, but it was really powerful.

Like the speech itself was amazing.

I saw it after Anohana so it had less impact but I'm sure i would've cry if I didn't watch Anohana just before. This song is just too good.

I tend to watch the ending episodes of anime late at night, so I really can't tell if the things I watch were truly sad or if I'm just a crybaby when I'm sleep-deprived :(
There's a lot of stuff that I feel like they really shouldn't have brought tears (like Tari Tari oh no, she sold her piano). But then there's stuff like Clannad: After Story (which had me for like 12 episodes after Nagisa died) and Kanon (so many times :cry: although someone spoiled Akiko's car accident for me so it killed the impact of that scene).
