bpm is 230 6/8 (3/4) or 76.66667 2/8 (2/4). Don't worry about throwing off people because of abnormally high BPM. This is natural in 6/8 songs. I recommend 230 and cut the SV in half. Nobody will complain about 230 BPM, since you aren't switching to 4/4.
The last spinner in the song needs to be the same length across all difficulties. Easy has it shorter than the rest, and absurdly long spinners are pointless.
not sure how to fix [Shi-Ra]'s silly name. Maybe peppy or woc will fix?

HP drain seems a little low for this map, but I like being able to actually pass maps.
00:23:275 (2) - take the beginning of this note off (put silence on this beat). It makes the rhythm much better.
00:38:232 (5,6) - doesn't fit. better to simplify into straight 1/2 notes.
00:41:602 (7,8,9) - doesn't fit. You can't correctly and play-ably map the piano here, so don't do it at all.
00:41:732 (9,1) - careful with poor spacing. Make sure compressed streams are equal

01:47:797 (2,5) - minor detail, both these sounds are the same, but mapped using different methods. not very consistent.

02:24:319 (1,2,3,4,5) - I think this looks better not stacked

On compressed notes with low spacing, consider using no grid snap except for the beginning and end of the stream. This will prevent all spacing errors.
00:23:015 (3) - you seem to like fancy sliders (see 00:19:102 (4) - ), so why not turn this into just a normal slider? The repeat doesn't really match the beat here, and osu doesn't have enough long sliders in it.

it's definitely 6/8 at 230 BPM. Looks like o2jam got it horribly wrong. Since o2jam is using the wrong BPM, I won't argue the point further. Cytus also has some horrible BPMs on their songs.

If you can't see what I'm talking about in the picture (slider end is 1 pixel off and right) then at least you can see that the circle isn't in the same place. Press ctrl+H on the slider and you'll see what I mean. It isn't a big deal if you only have 1 note after the slider end, but when you have 2 notes, there's a clear distinction (to me). This is merely polish on a great map already.

01:44:667 (2) - in general these are poor ways to map this type of note. They are impossible to hit late without a slider break (unless you crank OD up to 10) and you can recreate the same fingering with just a normal slider.it's ok, plays well and noone of testers missed it these sliders have a hit window of -130 / +65 ms for OD7. It's a bug in osu that will probably never be fixed.
