Problem Details:
(Here is a weird one. Might not be that important, but I shall bring it up none the less)
On Song Selection, Move osu! to another monitor and bring it back (Note, there might be a second freezing when moving it from monitor to monitor)
By either pressing F2 or clicking "Random" on screen or even backing out to the main menu, the entire window will go black (As shown here http://puu.sh/5xaFr.jpg (1436x946) )
Sometimes it could take a couple of attempts of backing out to the menu, "random" mashing or even moving the window back and forth to get the screen to go black.
Now, when the screen is black, move osu! to another screen and BOOM, Crash (As shown here http://puu.sh/5xb6K.jpg (3200x1080) ) I can't click the "Details" button because that is non-responsive, so I couldn't grab the details.
I have however saved the logs from Windows Event Viewer from the crash, so maybe that can help you.

EDIT: Does not affect OpenGL, just DirectX
