Problem Details:
I see an endless message of "retrieving online ranking statistics" every time I finish a song, I wait about 5 minutes and it doesn't go through. I'm unable to rank on any songs due to this problem. My internet connection is very good, I'm not experiencing any lag. This has been going on for two days.
FIXED: had to restart computer.
