For osu! specifically, leave everything at default. None of those settings will affect osu! in a positive manner. As for Overdrive, I'd probably leave it off for osu!. osu! isn't the type of game that warrants the use of overclocking (unless you're talking really low-end hardware).
If using RadeonPro on the other hand, messing with Flip Queue Size could yield different results in-terms of input latency and responsiveness. Pretty much the only thing I can think of.
