It's helped me practice drawing with my arm.
I move my pen around my tablet using my arm (Full tablet area ftw) but I've always had trouble drawing with my arm. Now, I feel like I can draw long lines better

It's quite hard to elaborate, but I'll just say that osu! (and its community) made me able to develop a more positive personality and attitude overall.
From mapping and modding, I have also learned that hard work, dedication and patience are truly needed to achieve what you want (to be a better mapper and modder, to get ranked maps, to have your maps liked by people, and many other things). Of course, there's still dashes of luck, but that's another matter.
In short, osu! made me a better person; that's all.
...Although I'm also becoming worse in time management because I'm getting so addicted (more like having too much business, though) to osu! to the point where I'll spend hours to be online in the game.

pro: discover music, meet some new people
con: become more socially awkward IRL, lots of time used up (could have used it for studying, socialising etc)

Osu helps me warm up, when im going to play competetive games like League of legends, counter strike etc.
I freaking love anime openings, and Osu makes it more enjoyable.

Osu greatly improved my hand-eye co-ordination, and also my uh.. response.
Then. It taught me how to rage-quit more by jamming my keyboard whenever I can't achieve my goal or whatever.

not a lot. I'm still the same way in this game sort of invisible community as I was in another invisible sort of community (another game)and I'm still interested in the same sort of things about games but osu showed me what addiction is for the first time
I have made really made really good friends.
Osu! made me want to challenge myself and showed me that nothing is impossible all I need is just some time.

How has osu! changed me? It hasn't. Sure changed the amount of free-space on my hard drive though, 70GB of beatmaps hory crap.
