[General]

It's not really a problem, but there's an extra space between "Opening" and "saga" in tags.. so remove the extra space.
SPOILER
Maybe add a silent soft-sliderslide2 so the SC:2 section of Insane doesn't have the sliderslide sound.

[Normal]

00:05:779 (4) - It will look nicer if you use the same shape as (3). Your current shape for (4) seems too tight in my opinion, and using the shape of (3) would feel smoother. Here's an example: http://puu.sh/6GL50.jpg To do this, copy 00:04:962 (3) - and paste at 00:05:779 - then rotate (4) by -60 degrees. (Ctrl+Shift+R, -60). Move to x:384|y:264.
00:07:820 (2) - If you do that^, remember to restack (2) with the end of (4).
00:07:820 (2,3) - The movement between these could be made smoother. Here's an example: http://puu.sh/6GLHh.jpg To do this, move (3) to x:384|y:264 (to stack with head of (4) from previous combo), move middle point to x:336|y:284, and move end point to x:280|y:280. This way, the cursor movement between (2,3) will feel smoother to play.
00:09:044 (4,5,1) - If you do that^ according to my instructions, then move (4) to x:204|y:232, move (5) to x:136|y:304. You can also make (5,1) smoother by rotating (1) by 15 degrees, then moving it to x:48|y:252 http://puu.sh/6GM2R.jpg
00:11:901 (4,5,1) - The positioning and orientation of (5) seems strange, as the slider doesn't accurately match cursor movement: ie. if I was playing the map, my cursor would probably move like this: http://puu.sh/6GMkf.png which would make the slider seem out of place. Here's an example of how you can make it play better: http://puu.sh/6GMqy.jpg To do this, rotate (5) by 25 degrees, and move to x:428|y:196.

00:18:840 (5,1) - The gap between these two sliders looks a bit awkward in my opinion. Alternatively, if you don't want to blanket them (maybe the direction change is too big), then you can do something like this: http://puu.sh/6GN7P.jpg , but you will need to adjust the objects after that a lot for spacing.
00:42:922 (1,2) - This flow feels unnatural. The natural movement coming out of (1) seems to move in this direction: http://puu.sh/6GNJI.png which does not match the placement of (2).
