Problem details:
So I had just reseted my laptop and decided to download valorant before osu! . After I downloaded valorant's resources, I restarted my laptop. Then I downloaded osu but shows only 30/40fps. The same problem occured when I downloaded osu! before valorant. Before I downloaded valorant, everything was smooth but everthing gets stuck at 30/40fps after I restart my laptop after downloading valorant's resources. Help me.
