[Archived] screen problem

Problem details: so i recently installed the game again as i had changed my computer from a laptop to a actual desktop, but once i botted it up and stuff, the rest of my screen is brighten up or something. for instance, i open up youtube and every video thumbnail is blown up, i can barely read now youtube thumbnails. if anyone can help that would be amazing. (i dont know how to put pictures so i apologize)

Open your system settings and decrease your display brightness.

You can also potentially change your display settings through the monitor you are using and graphics driver settings. You'll need to Google how to do that for your monitor and graphics card if changing the settings through Windows doesn't help.
