Why? I wanted to make something like ideal timing(worked b4 with 1/8 snap divisor lol) so looked for notes of this song where i saw 130 bmp, later realised it's to hard mapping for me. Also found one beautiful beatmap http://osu.ppy.sh/s/33688 which helped me understand what to do.
-Offset: - 74
-Delated "normal-sliderslide" sound
-At both diff made less direct sliders - this beatmap starts to look more nicely
-Kiai Time!

a map must have hitsounds, you can add clap in white line or ....(look at other map and
imitate)
you can use soft hitsounds in this map


Hard:
1:the volume in 00:00:406-00:07:846 can low ,and than increase the volume step by step.
2:laid notes out, it makes your map don't looks too crowd.
3:try to make your map more beautiful, re-draw some slider like 00:48:406 (5) - and 01:07:606 (1) -
4:ar-1

1:00:04:726 (1) - remove nc
2:00:08:086 (1,2) - this two sliders is strange.
3:00:34:966 (2,3,4,5) - the four notes is hard for EZ , it may confused to beginner,you can change it as a rotate slider

i think that you have to put the stress on the right beat
i.e. the tick at 00:00:406 - should be white tick
-> offset: 406 (stick to what you timed)

[kiai]
01:01:846 - starting your kiai here shall be better

yeah....quite fine, no obvious mistakes

[Hard]
00:13:846 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - a bit messy and misleading, you may consider separating them apart
01:27:046 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - same

i notice that you use 0.7 DS for most of your beats, perhaps you can use more various types of DS, plus, 0.7 might be too small

really good for one's 1st map
my maps suck even till now =(, yours are fine
