How do you deal with Mindblocks?

HUGE mindblock on this specific pattern, i tried breaks from the map, breaks in general and playing more.
i used to hit this perfectly and from one day to another, i lost the ability to read it and to play it
how do you get rid of mindblocks?

If you have the time you can watch this 1hour interview. It supposed to be for std but you can apply stuff to mania.

Mindblock is generally rooted in your technique so you could try making practice diffs for the pattern and see where your technique falters
