  4. Make sure that the timing of all diffs in the set is the same, right now wonkeee's diff is still on the old timing.
[Easy]
  1. HP2 and OD2 fit better for an Easy difficulty.
  2. I believe that this difficulty will need to be remapped. Varying slider speeds aren't appropriate for Easy difficulties. The introduction as well as the kiai will need to be remapped for this reason. I also would say to lower the SV of this difficultly as you have the same SV on your Normal difficulty. 0.8 would work fine. However, this would mean that the middle section would also need to be remapped.
  3. I'll go over some more things regarding mapping Easy difficulties. For your easiest difficulty in your mapsets the goal is to make everything as playable and readable as possible while still mapping to the music. I'll go into some more specifics as we go along, but try to get in this mentality.
  4. Spacing for your Easy difficulty should be uniform throughout. This means turning on distance snap and leaving it on the whole time you map an Easy difficulty. If we look at the very beginning, 00:07:933 (1,2,3) - the spacing between (1,2) is 1.98, where as the spacing between (2,3) is 0.68. Your spacing between all objects in an Easy diff should be identical. I recommend 1.0x spacing for your Easy diff. Just turn on distance snap and map with it on the whole time.
  5. Stacking objects is another thing that you should avoid on your Easy diff. Having objects stacked at a low approach rate can be very confusing for a new player. 00:16:166 (2,3) - is a prime example where I would highly, highly recommend unstacking these objects.
  6. On your Easy difficulty, a good rule of thumb would be to use no 1/2 rhythms. I'll again refer to 00:16:166 (2,3). 1/2 rhythms are not appropriate for an Easy diff, so you would have to find an alternate way to map this part. Sliders can be okay, but I would still recommend against them on an Easy diff since the SV will be so low that the body of the slider will be very hard to see.
  7. I would highly recommend to not use multiple repeat sliders on the Easy diff. Again, with the theme of making your diff as easy to read as possible. Multiple repeats can be confusing for new players, so definitely avoid using them on an Easy difficulty.
  8. Overlapping patterns are another big no-no. We want Easy diffs to be super easy to read; overlapping objects hinder that goal. So for example, 00:53:311 (2,3) - will not work for an Easy difficulty. Using uniform spacing can alleviate a lot of these problems through your map, but it is still a good thing to keep in mind.

[Normal]
  1. HP4 AR5 OD4 provides a more fitting spread for a Normal difficulty.
  2. Normal diffs follow some of the same rules as Easy diffs. Uniform slider velocity is highly recommended, and uniform spacing is as well. Multiple repeat sliders are not so good for these diffs. Some use of 1/2 is fine, but not too much. Stacks are also okay as long as the patterns are readable. This difficulty will also need to be remapped in my opinion. As with the Easy, turn on distance snap (I recommend 1.2x) and map. The goal is still to make a very readable and playable map, just with more mapped out than the Easy
[Hard]
  1. HP6, OD7 works better here.
  2. I'm sorry to say again here, but this difficulty will most likely need to be remapped. The SV is still 1.00 for this diff, which is not good because it would be the same as the Normal. The SV needs to be at least 1.40 if not higher. Generally, 1.4-1.6 will fit well for a Hard difficulty.
  3. While not nearly on the same level as an Easy or Normal, spacing is still an important thing to take into account while mapping harder difficulties. For you I would highly recommend turning on distance snap for this as well and mapping with it on. I still use a ton of distance snapping in my Hard difficulties, so it's not a bad thing to begin doing.
  4. Streams don't fit a Hard difficulty. Generally the highest 1/4 type of combo would be just 5 circles, and even then those should be rarely used.
[Wonkeee]
  1. For now I will say to watch your spacing a bit more than you do. As I recommended before, sticking to a lot of distance snapping for the Hard diff is never a bad thing. Bigger jumps and 5 circle streams don't fit that well for a Hard diff either. I will be back at some point to do a full mod, but keep these things in mind when you look at your diff.
As another note for mapping, listen to the drums a lot! Mapping to the drum beats is really great for just about every difficulty. They are strong and on a lot of songs they are very easy to understand rhythmically so they fit very well for mapping easier difficulties. I'm sorry this was more of a guide than a mod, but I think this can help you out. If you have any questions about anything I'd be happy to help you out. Once you've gone through these things, you can call me back and I can give you a more proper mod. Don't get discouraged, and keep at it. Good luck!

Your bg was pretty good as-is, but it was one column of pixels off (1365x768 instead of 1366x768). For some reason osu sometimes randomly decides to scale things that way >.> anyway, I decided to find the original 1080p version of the image and work from that. I made it the correct size and saved it losslessly (your version had some artifacting occurring around outlines due to jpeg compression). Here is the final product:
I also happened to notice that the video still had audio in it, and that is unnecessary since osu disregard's the video's audio and just uses the music file. So I saved a version of your video without the audio track. You can download it via right-click>Save Link As... on this link.

Hi.

i will be just pointing out huge issues, and my opinion.


[Easy]
  1. Kiai isn't snapped. Also a few timing sections aren't snapped, and they don't seem intentional
  2. This is almost tutorial level. I would set the difficulty setting to HP1 AR1 or 2 OD1
  3. In the beginning part, you have a .75x SV. There is absolutely no reason to put this here imo, because SV is already .5, which is extremely slow.
  4. some of the spacing is inconsistent. For example, like this 00:07:944 (1,2,3) -
    You need to check all of them and make sure everything is consistent so the map looks more neat and consistent.

[Normal]
  1. Considering the density of notes and difficulty spread, I would set HP2 AR4 OD 3
  2. seems like most of your spacing issue is coming from grid size. Try using "Tiny" grid. and also fix those spacing
  3. I don't think .75SV :arrow: 1.25SV change is a good idea.
  4. 01:14:190 (1) - this circle overlaps with the slider 01:11:554 (4) - and doesn't look really nice
  5. 01:27:163 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - This seems like a failure of difficulty spread. It was so easy until this point, and so hard here.
  6. 01:30:406 (1) - this kind of kick slider is most likely going to confuse beginners and make them panic. Because it is very hard to tell when they are going to end

[Hard]
  1. consider redeucing HP and OD to 5. the current diff spread calls for it, and nromal-> hard gap is too big this way.
  2. 00:07:944 (1,2,3) - this kind of inconsistent spacing is happening because of your offset, and the SV change. Consider moving the offset and the timing point to 00:06:611 - Also if you do, don't forget to do it on all diffs!

Hey Amasuro! The mp3 have a loooong blank at the beginning, so i decided to give you a cutted vers :D

You will need to change all the offsets, but do this first before replacing the mp3, or you will get a nice corrupted beatmap.
The final offset for the red lines should be like this (I'm 90% sure of this) :

First timing point: -44 ms (yep, negative numbers)
Second timing point: 13106 ms
Preview point: 106214 ms

The green lines are different in each diff, you will need to calculate the new offset by yourself, that's 7564 ms less

Once you finish replace the old mp3 with the new one

GL and poke me in-game if you have any questions ;)

I'll be taking your cut mp3, but I think I might keep my current mp3 for now, as I believe the blank isn't too long + it shows the background before the video begins, which I like. However I might change my mind later, which is why I'll be taking your mp3.

Unless songs with huge blanks at the start of the song is frowned upon, by which I'll change the mp3 then.

As you said, the huge blank isn't good looking. Also is using unneeded filesize, and will lead most players to press the skip button. You are free to do what you want with your map, but I'd highly suggest to change the mp3.
