Scarlet's Speedy Keen Competition 4
This is ScarletSisters who is host of it.
This tournament is 1-day tournament series for every month!
This tournament will be secondary tournament besides the main tournament.

Tournament Outline
1. This is a 1v1 battle-royal tournament for rank 10K-50K (no rank buffer).
1-1. If your rank is higher or lower than rank restriction when registration ends, you would be disqualified.
2. For registration, you can leave a post under with 1v1 and your discord.
(If you don't post with 1v1, your registration will be denied!)
2-1. If I can't find any ways to find a player, the player will be disqualified.
2-2. Each players' absence will be checked when regs are closed.
(Player will be disqualified if he doesn't come to the server by the end of registration!)
2-3. In case there are players in the pending list, they will be able to play tournament based on the order of arrival depending on the number of absent players.
(ex. If 98 players registered and 6 players didn’t show up in the server, 6 players that are in the pending list will be put in player list based on the order of arrival and the rest of players in pending list will be screened out)
3. Each match will use ScoreV2 and NoFail mod will be used for every map.
4. These brackets will move as follows: (Quarterfinals), Semifinals, Final
4-1. Bracket size will be determined depending on the number of registration.
4-2. If there are less than 32 players in each bracket, the bracket will be canceled.
5. Players are required to be in Discord for the duration of the tournament until completely eliminated.
(Lobby and players’ list will be released in server in advance - around 30 mins before the start of tournament)
6. Mappool size will be 4 NM / 2 HD / 2 HR / 3 DT / 1 TB
6-1. Mappool will be released around 1 week before.
6-2. TB is Freemod. (2x multiplier for EZ / HD, HR, FL are available)

Match Procedures (QF ~ Final)
1. Before the start of the tournament, the host will announce each player’s and lobby list in advance.
(REMEMBER, IT WILL BE DETERMINED AT TOTALLY RANDOM!)
2. Players must arrive less than 10 minutes after the time of the match (Referee will check using ‘!mp timer 600’). otherwise, the late player(s) will forfeit the match.
2-1. If the referee is not available at the start time of the match, Rule 1 won’t be applied.
3. No warmups in all lobbies.
4. Referee will choose 1 map using the command ‘!mp roll 11’.
4-1. Depending on the number, the first map will be played as follows:
(NM1 - 1, NM2 - 2, NM3 - 3 ……… DT1 - 9, DT2 - 10, DT3 - 11)
5. Player who got the lowest score will be eliminated on each map.
6. Players who got the second lowest score will pick the next map.
6-1. Player will lose pick availability if 120 seconds are over.
(In this case, players who got the third lowest score will pick the next map.)
6-2. To decide the last player to survive, tiebreaker will be played.
(Ex 1. 7 players left in lobby for determination of top 6 in QF lobby)
(Ex 2. 5 players left in lobby for determination of top 4 in SF lobby)
(Ex 3. Determination of winner in Final lobby)
7. A map can be aborted if a player disconnects within the first 30 seconds of the map. If there is a disconnect and the map is not aborted, the score for that player will be counted as 0 UNLESS a proof is provided.
(Disconnected player must let referee know it)
8. A player who disconnected must arrive in 10 minutes (If a player doesn’t come back at the moment, the player would lose point)
8-1. If a player doesn't come back in 15 minutes, the player would FF.

2. All players and staff should change their nick on discord same with nick on osu.
3. If controversy arises due to hostile attitude during the match or in the discord server, staff may confirm and forfeit them. (Please respect everyone)
3-1. Controversial situations include violating rules on discord (Be careful..)
