00:38:548 (2) - Add a clap on this slider start.
02:58:482 (4) - Add a new combo here due to the slowdown part.
05:45:746 (1) - This new combo here shouldn't be necessary, remove it.
05:47:344 (7) - Add a soft finish on this slider repeat, not the custom one, it sounds much better with the song.
05:58:350 (1) - Add a clap on this circle, it feels like you're missing it.
05:58:882 (3) - Add a finish here.
07:17:598 (2) - Add a clap and remove the whistle here, it sounds better.
07:59:470 (4) - Add a clap on this circle, again it's missing.
08:12:489 (2,3) - Don't completely silence these sliderends, it's not a really good idea, increase the volume a bit.
08:13:621 (4) - Add a clap on this sliderend.

Just some minor stuff and I'll approve this awesome map :3

It's not a bug. Naming the difficulty "Marathon" gives you 100mb of upload limit instead of 28mb (or something), and also allows you to submit the mapset with 1 difficulty to pending.
