lol what about Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan? It's supposed to be a comedy for general audiences, but they ended up censoring all the bloody parts berore airing. I still have the unedited original which is hilariously wrong =.=

I found Mirai Nikki to be quite brutal and of course Higurashi
maybe High School of the Dead or Psycho-Pass. Then again, Shingeki no Kyojin was pretty bloody.

Not really in to those bloody titles but the most brutal ones would be Another, corpse party and deadman wonderland.

I can't remember exactly what it's called, but it's a highschool and everyone apart from this little 'gang' of people are zombies, and they just kill zombies in their own school.
