Higurashi and Corpse Party.
The scene with Rika is quite brutal. And I can't stand the sound with the eye girl and the scissors in the beginning of corpse party. Gives me shivers if I watch it for too long

lol what about Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan? It's supposed to be a comedy for general audiences, but they ended up censoring all the bloody parts berore airing. I still have the unedited original which is hilariously wrong =.=

I found Mirai Nikki to be quite brutal and of course Higurashi
maybe High School of the Dead or Psycho-Pass. Then again, Shingeki no Kyojin was pretty bloody.

Not really in to those bloody titles but the most brutal ones would be Another, corpse party and deadman wonderland.
