[HD & SD] Cursors and Mod Selection Icons (Updated 1/16/14)

Added a new set of mod icons because someone asked me to make some. They don't look too good because I am not a very creative person.

Added a new set of cursors. They are a CXu cursor remake.
I have a problem that "cursor@2x.png" does not work since 11/08/2013.
I'M REALLY SAD. (´･ω･‘)
If I used "cursor@2x.png" I displayed osu! default skin cursor.

Added a better set of Kamui remake cursors. These turned out much better than my original set.

Added a new set of cursors, "White Based Set". Couldn't think of a name. 
This new set of cursors works best when the background is at least mostly dimmed, preferably 100% dim. The white in the center contrasts against the black very well and causes the cursor to feel smoother. The coloured border is mostly for decoration, but in some colours it helps with the smooth feel.

Maybe that's a dumb question but... What means that HD and SD? .__.

SD is standard definition, it is meant for resolutions lower than 800px tall. High definition, HD, is meant for resolutions 800px or taller.crunkkidmassaca wrote:

I tried the standard version and it looks so good, but when I chanded it, it also changed the spinner and added little numbers... But that's not what I want.. I only want the cursor..also this happend:
the font went a little down.. I don't think that should happen, or?
