Ok this map is good, nothing wrong with it, I might even say you're a good mapper.
However, the map is uninteresting. All three difficulties.

01:18:676 (1,2,3,4,5) - Too hard for a normal diff. Either remove them, either make them a repeat slider.
01:35:429 (4) - Move it two grids (lvl 3) right, then move 01:36:209 (5,6,7) - two grids right as well.
01:50:235 (1,1,2,3,4,5) - I don't think yo ushould stack objects with different timings in a Normal diff.

Aaah, sorry. ._. I had a huge mod half-done and I accidentally refreshed the page instead of resuming playtesting in osu! and killed my post. Hopefully I won't be so stupid this time around. :P

[General]
I have a slighty-higher quality MP3 if you'd like.
I really don't like the way the countdown sounds against the song itself. It's a nice slow beginning, and having some guys shouting, "Are you ready?" over it sounds kinda odd.
There are a lot of soft whistles on slider slides that I really don't like the sound of - some people like them/don't care though, so I'll just mention this here and move on.
01:20:235 - I'd start kiai time here. It's right when the band kicks into high gear and it fits the fountain much better to me.

[Skin]
The rainbow colored text on spinner-clear, spinner-osu and spinner-spin all clash really badly with the images that you have chosen to sb with. I'd recommend you use a solid color set that matches with the dark green theme going on here.
play-warningarrow looks really bad with that green background color. Make it transparent or use something else.
I'm not sure what Arrow.png is doing in the folder either.
The comboburst made me laugh.

[SB]
Keep your SB images at 800x600 or smaller.
This applies to moesaya, and h1 (801x601, lol)
gd005 has some really bad artefacting going on, and zooming in doesn't help it at all. Maybe try to find a better source picture to work with?
03:25:592 - I dunno if you had intended for this, but having the SB zoom in on a fictitious underaged girl's underwear isn't something that should be promoted in osu!, I'm thinking. :P

01:28:222 (4,1) - Spacing might be a bit too far, though it's not too bad either. If it's intentional - don't fix it. If it wasn't, maybe keep it. :D

01:47:507 (1) - ^ Seems to be the case for most of the notes after spinners in this diff.
03:01:144 (9,1,1,1) - I dunno about something like this in a normal. If you insist on having them, though, at least turn the repeats so they're not covering the next slider. It's hard to read the way they are now.

[Hard]
In general, this feels really cramped due to low slider velocity/distance snapping. Consider upping them a bit.
The streams feel kind of forced to me too.
Reduce hp drain by 2 or so. I'd also reduce OD, but I'm not that great of a judge for that sort of thing.
