Maybe try redownloading osu!trainer. If that doesn't work, you'll want to get in contact with the creator of it (FunOrange) for support, as no one here is going to know

if that doesnt work try running it as admin also try a different file because it looks like there was a problem with the file stream

i just found the solution for me soo i'll share it. You just have to change the audio.mp3 file (i think the frequencie of the original one is not supported), soo basically just go on yt find the same audio of the music, download it, place it in the song file, delete old audio.mp3 file, rename the new one audio.mp3, restart game and it should work now.

Why not just use audacity, and change the pitch? It will not mess up the offset
