Thanks helped me a alot .. Ive got 108.19 for bpm only offset and some checks before mapping

P.S. your offset have a bit early, but my offset it's not perfect (I think it can be +/- ~2-6 ms ) don't forget resnap all notes.

because of your pm i remembered having received this ><

this is single offset, no need for other red lines. Dont forget to resnap your green lines and notes (and preview point)
