make BG to JPG format to save filesize, hhe
please reduce star difficulity for normal under 3,3 or something about not really far from 3.0, hhe

Those are just a few suggestions of where NCs may be appropriate. Like selova said you should use shorter combos for this difficulty especially with CS 3

02:55:079 (3,4,5) - Could play more nicely with the music as you can hear 3 strong beats on 02:55:839 and 02:56:028 and 02:56:218 so you can use a reverse slider to highlight all of them like this:

03:33:054 (9) - NC may be good here because this combo seems quite long.
