Seth, cheapest and most annoying Street Fighter character ever made.

Guy, from the Alpha series. Yes, he's from Final Fight, but HE made it first into Alpha, not Cody, and he doesn't have good moves, just rolls all over the place until the players get a seizure. And lastly, he ruined the chance of Haggar getting in.

I dont remember his name cause im not a big street fighter player, but the once time i played streeet fighter 5 mt buddy kept useing the man from africa with the really long arms and he kept spamming the long arms on me and killed me multiple times. (God long runon sentance xD) So I developed an extream hate for that guy. :/
