4.) Don't abuse spinners. Spinners should be lengthy enough but not too long.

6.) on that note, be sure to choose 'Full Submit' everytime there are media changes.
7.) Make sliders look neat. Ugly sliders are reason enough to ignore the map.

These are general rules I can tell you right now, and when I can actually see that this map is now feasible, I'll be looking back at it again. For now here's a sample map I just made of this song (copy the offset and BPM from this one) (simply download this .osu file and save it at the same folder as your song in the osu/songs folder):

Also, when you change the timing, you have to resnap (use the one in the Timing Setup Panel Dialog Box) -- but if you changed the BPM, you'll have to go through the entire map again (it's not that hard, just a bit time consuming) and place the notes properly on which colored tick they should be. Snapping to 1/4s is the most advisable (unless your map is following 1/3 or 1/6 of course), so do that too.

I hope you learn something from this since I suck at teaching lol.

Offset: 144. Resnap uh, I think you'll have to move a lot of stuff manually again... (this is of course assuming you have applied the above fixes I said already)


So if you haven't fixed the notes, do so first, then replace this MP3 and tweak the timing. Don't forget to full submit.

And with this, I end modding for now. I'll probably come back when this has received a lot of tweaks regarding mapping.
Comment about the mapping though -- the beat placing on the timeline is good, but the spacing is still scattered so have someone else look at that for you. Here's a primary example:

00:33:48 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - equally timing-distanced but jumping at random places.

But this one, it's actually allowed -- 00:44:73 (1,2,3) -- it's actually quite a nice extreme jump. But 00:46:11 (4,5,6,7) shouldn't be the same pattern since 5 and 6 aren't 1/2 apart like the 1,2,3.

Thanks a lot on the Treecko diff you did make it better

On the Combusken and Rayquaza diffs I made minor changes based on your mod.

The background is cool and all but it seems inappropriate for this beatmap (ask Zekira why.)

And about the Swampert diff you modded. The original seems fine to me.

This is the time that I gotta do what you requested me to do. Anyway, here goes some of suggestions that I have for your beatmap.

Treecko:
You could add your past diff and still retain charlesisgay's diff. Of course, you should put his name there. :P

Combusken:
I believe there's a missing beat. I'll notify you some other time on the whereabouts of it.

Swampert:
No comment on this one.

Rayquaza:
Try to relocate/re-snap some of the beats. I'll also add this to the notification that I'll give you.

Overall:
The beatmap had a lot of improvements ever since you gave it to me for some testing. Good luck on your other beatmaps, though. And I'll try to mod this as soon as I could find time. :P

I didn't replace everything mind you. :|

I looked at the beatmap and made a decision that curved sliders>straight sliders.

I didn't actually just copy paste them.
