Sound Quality sounds quite off, perhaps 128 kb? could you get one with better quality?

01:21:031 (5) - please extend slider doesn't match
01:31:213 (1) - doesn't match sound, should be back n forth slider instead
01:37:031 (8) - extend for greater rythm in song i guess

01:53:576 (5,6) - feels quite empty here, maybe you should put something inbetween to keep rythm?
01:56:667 (4) - move back 1/4 to match ZJUUUUUUUN sound sond makes.

02:19:883 (1) - I would remove the second spinner and extend the first one to where the second one ended. Personally I think there should be only one spinner because having two back to back has always aggravated me.

Other than that good map! I enjoyed it overall

The offset is off by about 35ms. Change offset to 264. Change it before using this mod since the time links are based of offset 264.

I don't know, there wasn't much I could say about the insane. It's very well spread out and looks nice.

00:42:485 (1) - This ends really weirdly, since there's no audible beat on 00:43:031 and you completely skip the voice in 00:42:849. I think you should just shorten this to 00:42:849. It sounds pretty good imo, transferring from (1,2) to (3,4).
01:39:213 - I think you should add a note here to keep the beat steady. The other 2 kiais also have this part of the tune mapped (e.g. 00:41:031 - 00:52:667 - 01:50:849 - 01:50:849 - ), so standardizing it for the player would be better.
01:52:304 - Same reasoning as above. There's also a pretty audible sound here.
02:41:758 - Same reasoning as above.

Personally, I think AR7 would fit better so the increase is more linear [5>7>9]. 8 feels a little too fast for a Hard.

Most of it is unnessesary. The hitsounds you suggest don't match the song. The patterns just aren't my taste.
