By default is different from osu standard, as it appear in the middle-top of the mania track, whereas in o!std it is in the bottom left.
What sort of thing do you want to do with it? For example, you can change the height of the combo in mania in the skin.ini file of your skin, under the [Mania] section put a line/edit the line that says "ComboPosition:". I'm not sure there's that much else you can do with it, at least as far as the skin.ini goes.
