Sort of a late reply, but you are using skin elements that are not made by you. You are taking most of the skin/gameplay elements from this map.

Those are my elements (~~this might be the reason why you couldn't actually ask for permission, since the beatmap is stating my old username there~~), so the next time you make a skin, ~~please ask first~~ or make the things on your own :3
